Nagpur: The city GPO has organized a press conference regarding the launch of India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) under which Post Master General, Nagpur region, Ramchandra Jaybhaye interacted with media personnel in Rajhans hall, city GPO office, Civil Lines on Thursday afternoon.
Along with the aim and objectives about IPPB, Jaybhaye discussed many silent features of post office schemes on this occasion.
IPPB, Nagpur is scheduled to launched between 2.30 and 4.30 pm on Sep 1, 2018 by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. Followed by a special cover session on ‘financial inclusion’. During the launch function live streaming of the national level launch event, which has organized at Tal Katora Stadium, New Delhi will be streamed live.
IPPB has been set up by Department of Post with complete equity owned by Government of India with an aim to build the most accessible, affordable and trusted bank for the common man.
