Nagpur: In an outrageous incident, two boys forcibly took an 18-year old girl to their house and repeatedly raped and threatened her. Ironically, the sister of the one of the accused along with another boy also played partner in crime as she too warned the victim of dire consequences if she opened her mouth. All the four accused have been booked but no arrests have so far been made in the crime.
The complainant 18-year old victim girl told police that the accused Amit Sagar Ozha (22), resident of Plot No. 4, Paloti Nagar, Mankapur, and Birju (24), resident of Indora, forcibly took her to Amit’s house on October 1 night and detained her till 1 am.
In the meantime, both Amit and Birju raped the girl repeatedly and also doled out threat to her. Another shocking part of the heinous crime is that the sister of Amit, Supriya alias Neha Ozha (23), resident of Plot No. 4, Paloti Nagar, Mankapur, and Prince Yadav (25) allegedly threatened to kill the victimized girl if she opened her mouth and divulged names of accused rapists. However, the victim girl gathered courage and filed a complaint with Gittikhadan Police Station.
Acting on her complaint, API R D Bawankar has booked all the four accused Amit Sagar Ozha, Birju, Supriya alias Neha Ozha, and Prince Yadav under Sections 376 (D), 506 of the IPC and investigating the matter further.
10-year old girl raped
An evil-minded man lured a 10-year old neighbouring girl with chocolates and raped her in his house. The appalling incident occurred around 7.30 pm on Tuesday in Nandanvan area. The pervert has been identified as Gajanan Tajne (32). Nandanvan PSI Sayam, after receiving a complaint in this connection, has registered an offence under Section 376(2) of IPC read with Sub-Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act against the accused Gajanan Tajne.
