Jaripatka police have booked two Directors of a company for defrauding the employees of the company by misusing their Provident Fund amounts.
According to police, the accused Directors Saifuddin Hussain (53) and Imtiatiaz Hussain, both residents of Siyal Layout, Katol Road, run a company Unistar Forensic Private Limited, situated at Plot No 13/14 C, Uppalwadi Industrial . The Directors deducted share of Provident Fund amounts from the salaries of the employees since the year 2009 to 2013 which stood at Rs 5,88,301. However, both the Directors did not deposit the PF amounts of employees with the Provident Fund Office and used the money for personal gains. Thus they breached the trust of the employees. One of the employees Ajaykumar Gulablal Shrivastav (48), resident of Plot No. 32, Tukdoji Square, Raghujinagar, lodged a complaint with Jaripatka police in this connection. The Jaripatka PSI Jankar booked the Directors under Sections 406, 409, 34 of the IPC and investigating the matter further.
