Two arrested for running flesh trade in hotel; Two girls rescued

Nagpur: The Social Security Branch of Nagpur Crime Branch received a confidential tip off that flesh trade is clandestinely going on at Shradha Hotel, in Ganjhakhet on Bhandara Road. The tip-off said that the accused lady identified as Bunty Chadi was luring poor and needy girls with the idea of earning fast money for her own ulterior motive of making money and was supplying the young girls to the Hotel Owner Ujwal Damodharlal Khinchi. The owner used to supply the girls to the hotel lecherous guests. This way the flesh trade was carried out in a very clandestine manner.

After ascertaining that the flesh-trade is actually running, In-Charge of Social Security Branch Police Inspector B M Powar informed his seniors including Joint Police Commissioner S K Tarwade, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Deepali Masirkar, Assistant Commissioner of Police Nilesh Raut and under their direction, the staff of SSB including Woman Police Sub Inspector Jaipurkar, Police Hawaldars Pandurang Nikore, Prakash Sidam, Constables Gopal Vaidhya, Ajay Ghartod, Sanjay Pande, Manoj Singh Chauhan, Yogesh Dhodki, Woman Police Constables Asmita Meshram, Surekha Sandekar, Amita Dhurve, Sepoy Nilesh, Social Worker Nanda Rajeshwar Bhoyar raided the premises and rescued two girls forced into prostitution. After carrying out the raid, the SSB handed over the accused to Tehsil Police Station.

The Tehsil Police Station has arrested the two accused and has registered a case against accused identified as Bunty Chadi aged 30 years and a resident of Badnapura, Moti Jheel, Gwalior and the owner of the Hotel Ujwal Damodharlal Khinchi aged 26 years and a resident of Nanga Putla Square, Gandhibagh under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The two girls who were rescued have been remanded to Woman Rehabilitation Centre.
