Truck stolen from RTO premises!!


Nagpur.

In an audacious act, two persons forcefully took away a truck parked in RTO premises leaving the officials red-faced. Cops have launched a hunt to nab the two accused.

According to police, the two accused Hatimbhai (40-45 years) and the truck driver (35-40 years) arrived at the Regional Transport Office (RTO) on Amravati Road at about 7.45 pm on January 3. At that time, Sandip Abhimanyu Mate (32), resident of Kharbi, Nagpur, was on duty. However, Sandip was aghast to find the two accused forcibly taking away the truck (HR-55/Q 9521) worth Rs 8,00,00 from the RTO premises.

Sitabuldi PSI Pakhale booked the two truck-lifter accused under Sections 392, 34 of the IPC and launched a hunt to trace the truck and nab them.
