Nagpur: A recklessly driven truck claimed a life of a middle-aged man here on Wednesday morning. The incident reported between Pratapnagar Chowk and Somalwada Chowk road under Pratapnagar Police Station.

According to police sources, the accused identified as Ashok Kumar Santram Paswan (23), a resident of MIHAN Nagpur was driving the heavy vehicle (MH/40/N/4128). At around 6.30 am, when Ashok was driving between Pratapnagar Chowk and Somalwada Chowk road, the middle aged man came under the rear wheel of the vehicle causing his death.

Following the complaint received by some onlookers, cops approached the spot and booked the accused driver under Sections 279, 304 (A) of the IPC.
