Nagpur/Pench: In a rare and thrilling encounter, tourists at the Pench Tiger Reserve in Nagpur district witnessed a dramatic clash between two tigresses. Sightings of tigers are already uncommon, and observing such fierce battles between tigresses is even rarer. But lucky visitors were able to capture this breathtaking moment on their cameras as the battle unfolded right in front of their vehicles.
The incident occurred in the famous Chaipatti area of the Khursapar zone in Pench. A territorial dispute led to an intense fight between two tigresses, B-2 and Bindu. The tigresses faced off in front of the tourists, giving them a rare glimpse into the wild’s natural and raw power.
As the two tigresses crossed paths while marking their territory, a fierce battle erupted. The air echoed with their growls, sending waves of fear throughout the jungle, causing other wildlife in the vicinity to scatter in panic. This intense display of tiger behavior left the tourists awe-struck, providing an unforgettable experience of the raw beauty and danger of the wild.
