Total 21,60,232 voters in Nagpur Lok Sabha constituency

Nagpur: In view of Lok Sabha elections, the office of Director Information, Nagpur, has released figures of total voters in Nagpur, Ramtek, Bhandara-Gondia, Gadchiroli-Chimur and Chandrapur Lok Sabha constituencies.

In Nagpur constituency, comprising six Assembly segments, there are total 21,60,232 voters as per the electoral rolls updated up to March 30, 2019. The figure comprises 10,96,329 male voters, 10,63,828 female voters and 75 voters in others category such as transgenders.

In Ramtek, the number of total voters is 19,21,047 including 9,96,456 male voters, 9,24,561 female voters and 30 others.

The number of total voters in Bhandara-Gondia constituency is 8,25,255 including 4,09,624 male voters, 4,15,629 female voters and 2 others as per the electoral rolls updated up to March 15, 2019.

Gadchiroli-Chimur seat has 7,94,774 male voters, 7,73,517 female voters, 2 others and 1189 service voters. The total voters are 15,69,479 as per the electoral rolls updated up to March 30, 2019.

In Chandrapur Lok Sabha constituency, the total number of voters stands at 18,59,721 including 9,55,030 male voters, 9,04,671 female voters and 20 others. The electoral rolls were updated up to March 30, 2019.

In Nagpur district, there are two Lok Sabha constituencies – Nagpur and Ramtek – having total 40,81,279 voters.

Polling in these five constituencies will be held on April 11 in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections.
