Three truck drivers arrested for defrauding coal transporter

Kalamna police arrested three truck drivers who allegedly defrauded a business of Rs 10,080 on April 30. The arrested are identified as Sahasram Hujarsingh Uikey (41), a native of Shivni, Madhya Pradesh; Akhilesh Adiram Pal (30), a native of Hasratpur, Jabalpur and Mohd Abdul Kareem Khan (45), a resident of Shanti Nagar.

As per our information, Rohidas Brijlal Jangdi (46), a resident of Uttam Colony, Bhugaon, Wardha owns a coal business and hired three truck to transport coal from Wardha . The trucks employed were owned by Sahasram (CJ 04 DV 7595), Akhilesh (MH 40 Y 4904) and Mohd Abdul Kareem.  While on the journey, the accused parked the truck near old Kamptee Road, Belenagar and took out 630 kg coal worth Rs 10,080 from the truck and thereby defrauded Rohidas.
