Nagpur News : Ajni police booked three persons for molesting a middle-aged woman and injuring her family members on Monday night.
The sources said the 35-year-old woman noticed people gathered in front of New Babulkheda Masjid at around 9.30 pm on Monday. She approached the crowd only to discover that the accused Naeem Khan, Shakil Khan, and Kalim Khan, all residents of New Babulkheda, in front of Masjid, were troubling the Moulana. The complainant intervened and asked the accused not to bother Moulana. However, the accused started abusing the complainant for her intervention. The accused later thrashed the relatives of the complainant with wooden rods.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim, Ajni police have registered an offence under Sections 354, 324, 504, 506 (b) and 34 of the IPC.
