Nagpur News : Sitabuldi police have arrested three persons for allegedly causing trouble in the official work and for punching a on duty traffic policeman on Thursday.
According to information, the accused Mohammad Javed Khurshid Ahmed (32), Mohammad Ijahid Khurshid Ahmed (20) and Mohammad Qalil Ansari Abdul Jabbar (31), all resident of Mominpura, were riding triple on their motorcycle (MH 31 DT 6231). At around 7 pm on Thursday, the police constable with traffic (South) Pradip Natthuji Choudhary (43) stopped them at Jhanshi Rani Square. The motorcycle possessed fancy number plate which is ban according to traffic rules, thus, Pradip was making a challan and was following procedure for it when the accused started using foul language against Pradip. Qalil Ansari punched Pradip and heated exchanged between them.
Sitabuldi have arrested all the three accused on the basis of Pradip’s complaint and registered an offence under Sections 353, 332, 294, 506 and 23 read with sub sections 135 of MPA, 51 CMVR and 177 of Motor Vehicle Act.
