That’s so sweet of Varun Dhawan to take Alia Bhatt for shopping just to take a break from their tiring project.
But it is not just about shopping, these actors also celebrated the festival of lights in the far away land. And this celebration was only possible with the help of sports star Sania Mirza who invited them for her match.
Sania, who was playing the WTA doubles finals in the city, not just invited Alia and Varun, but also organized passes for the entire cast and crew of ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. Although Sania Mirza lost in the doubles match, but she enjoyed Diwali with these Bollywood friends Alia and Varun after the match.
As they were feeling homesick and missing the celebrations, they even threw a Diwali party on the sets for all the cast and crew of Badrinath ki dulhaniya.
