Thieves strangulate 13-year-old boy, flee with gadgets worth Rs 70,000

Nagpur News : In broad daylight, thieves jumped off the compound wall of a bungalow and tried to strangulate a 13-year-old boy before fleeing with gadgets worth Rs 70,000.

Ayush Naidu, was alone at home at PMG society at Madhav Naga when two thieves jumped off the compound wall and entered home. As soon as they entered home, the thieves tried to strangulate Ayush and asked him about the cupboard keys. Later, when Ayush refused , they locked him in a room and ransacked whole house in search of cupboard keys and valuables. Failed to get anything, the thieves made away with laptop, cell phone and video game worth Rs 70,000.

Ayush’s parents had gone to meet his grandmother, who is hospitalised. Naidu immediately reported the matter to Ambazari police station. The day light robbery and attack on the minor boy has baffled the city police.
