In a sensational incident, a thief entered into the office and stole two files after throwing chilly powder in the eyes. This incident occurred at the Regas Business Centre situated on the fifth floor of Landmark Building in Ramdaspeth area. On the basis of the complaint lodged by Hariom Shahani, a case was registered against the alleged accused Ram Patel under section 394 of IPC.

According to police sources, Hariom Shahani a resident of Ganga Classic Apartments has his office at Room No 508 in Regas Business Centre situated on the fifth floor of Landmark Building. According to Shahani, he was working in his office on April 13, 2014. At around 4 pm, suddenly the accused identified as Ram Patel entered into office and after throwing chilly powder in his eyes, he took away two files kept on his table. After the incident, Hariom Shahani went to Sitabuldi Police Station and registered a case against the accused.
