Nagpur: The Stage Nagpur, a creative community platform celebrated for its lively open mics, is all set to amplify the city’s cultural buzz with two mega open mic festivals this November.
Having already hosted five sold-out events at some of Nagpur’s most popular cafés and venues, The Stage has rapidly evolved into a favourite hub for emerging artists. With more than 70 performers and over 250 attendees so far, it continues to fuel the city’s growing creative spirit.
Over the past year, The Stage Nagpur has become a vibrant cornerstone of the city’s youth art scene, blending music, poetry, comedy, and performance art under one inclusive roof. It has emerged as a safe space where every performer, amateur or seasoned, is welcomed and celebrated.
This November, The Stage Nagpur is ready to take the energy a notch higher with two back-to-back festivals:
November 7: 6 pm onwards at Amrut Bhavan, Nagpur
In collaboration with Shagun Events, this edition will showcase a mix of local singers, stand-up comedians, and poets, alongside food stalls, clothing and furniture pop-ups. The evening is expected to attract over 700 attendees, creating a festive atmosphere brimming with creativity and community.
November 9: 6 pm onwards at DC Lawns, Nagpur
Partnering with Reitsai Carnival, this second celebration will bring a youthful, high-energy twist featuring anime zones, gaming booths, a DJ night, bonfire, and interactive art spaces. With another 700+ footfall expected, it promises to be one of Nagpur’s biggest youth gatherings of the season.
“We started as a small open mic, and today it’s humbling to see hundreds gather to celebrate art. This is more than an event — it’s a movement,” said Aditya Agrawal, organizer of The Stage Nagpur.
“Our goal has always been to give Nagpur’s artists a space that feels alive — a community that listens, cheers, and grows together.”
