Nagpur: Crime Branch succeeded in nabbing an absconding teenager who had stolen 15 units of Acer computer from a godown in MIDC on October 26, 2018.
The arrested accused has been identified as Kundan Shivpojan Shaha (19), resident of Gajanan Nagar, Electronics Zone Square.
A resident of Plot No. 108, Mount Castle Apartment, Futala-Ambazari Road, Pankaj Uttamrao Shekokar (42), in his complaint to MIDC police said that he had taken a godown on rent from Manan Vorarka for running an online exam centre. The godown is situated at Plot No. EL 33, MIDC, Hingna.
Pankaj had kept 15 units of Acer computer in the godown. On October 26 midnight, the accused Kundan Shaha somehow gained entry into the godown and stole the computers. Since then he went absconding. The probe of the case was later handed over to Crime Branch who succeeded in nabbing the accused.
MIDC API Pankaj Dadge booked the accused Kundan Shaha under Sections 461, 380 of the IPC and placed him under arrest.
