Nagpur: In yet another incident, a teenage girl committed suicide in Kalamna area here on Tuesday. The reason behind the minor girl taking the extreme step could not be ascertained immediately.
A resident of Plot No. 46, Chandra Nagar, near NIT Garden, Kalamna, the deceased has been identified as Kavita Bansilal Kakodiya (17). Kavita ended her life by hanging to the rafter of roof with the help of odhni in her residence around 4 pm on Tuesday. A team of Kalamna police, on being informed by her father Bansilal Manak Kakodiya, reached the spot and sent Kavita’s body to Mayo Hospital for post-mortem.
Kalamna police constable Agre has registered a case of accidental death and launched investigations from all angles.
