Job Description: 

Works closely with Operation Head, Shop Managers, Service Advisers, Marketing Executive, BD Executive etc.
Location: Nagpur
Responsibilities :

  • Sales Target – 20% increase in both Tyre & Service sales
  • Setting up and Implementing Sales Process
  • Creating & implementing shop-wise Sales Strategies
  • Ensuring Shop reaches the area potential
  • Creating ‘Wow’ Customer Experience
  • Intervening to resolve Customer greiviances
  • Analyzing Customer Feedbacks & generating Insights
  • CRM
  • Training Sales team to interact with customers
  • Sales Target Setting
  • Report Preparation & Monitoring
  • Competition Analysis
  • Identifying New Markets & Customer segments
  • Identifying new Revenue Sources
  • Brand Building & Promotion
  • Ensuring right inventory in respective shops (Slow & Fast inventory, levels etc.)

 

Reports to: CEO

Age: 30 – 35 Years

Education: MBA from premier institution

 

Experience:

  • Min. 7 – 8 Years of Retail Sales experience
  • Min. 2 Years of experience of handling a team of at least 20 people

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
  • Excellent MS Office (Advanced Excel, PPT, Word) skills
  • Great understanding of Retail industry & customer mindset
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good Team player
  • Go-getter & high confidence
