Job Description:
Works closely with Operation Head, Shop Managers, Service Advisers, Marketing Executive, BD Executive etc.
Location: Nagpur
Responsibilities :
- Sales Target – 20% increase in both Tyre & Service sales
- Setting up and Implementing Sales Process
- Creating & implementing shop-wise Sales Strategies
- Ensuring Shop reaches the area potential
- Creating ‘Wow’ Customer Experience
- Intervening to resolve Customer greiviances
- Analyzing Customer Feedbacks & generating Insights
- CRM
- Training Sales team to interact with customers
- Sales Target Setting
- Report Preparation & Monitoring
- Competition Analysis
- Identifying New Markets & Customer segments
- Identifying new Revenue Sources
- Brand Building & Promotion
- Ensuring right inventory in respective shops (Slow & Fast inventory, levels etc.)
Reports to: CEO
Age: 30 – 35 Years
Education: MBA from premier institution
Experience:
- Min. 7 – 8 Years of Retail Sales experience
- Min. 2 Years of experience of handling a team of at least 20 people
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
- Excellent MS Office (Advanced Excel, PPT, Word) skills
- Great understanding of Retail industry & customer mindset
- Negotiation skills
- Good Team player
- Go-getter & high confidence
