• Responsible for achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the store.
• Responsible for the achievement of store profitability targets.
• Review and provide feedback on pricepoints, category performance, sales performance, product mix performance, inventories to optimize sales.
• Work with the store staff to push the sales of weaker selling categories.
• Maintain reports on sales and important store metrices of Gross margins, customer conversion ratios, sales per transaction, average selling price , markdown goods % etc.
• Minimize shrinkage and ensure that the shrinkage numbers are well within the budgeted targets.
