Nagpur: The Second Capital of the State reported 157 fresh cases of novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) on Tuesday, bringing the total number of active cases to 447. Fortunately, no casualties were reported during the day.

In the last 24 hours, 937 samples (781 RTPCR and 156 Antigen) were tested, of which 447 (308 from the city, 132 from rural areas and seven from outside the district) came back positive.

During the same period, a total of 42 patients (12 from rural areas and 30 from the city) have also recovered. The number of active cases has nearly reached the 500-mark, as steady rise continues in Nagpur.
