Nagpur: A speeding SUV which arrived here from the neighboring state of Madhya Pradesh hit a motorcycle borne youth on Wednesday morning injuring him. The incident happened at around 7 am.
Sources informed that the said SUV (scorpio – MP 17 CB438) was carrying a patient, being brought here for medical treatment. Suddenly a bike (MH 40 AH 0660) zoomed in from other side and before the scorpio driver could apply the brakes, the vehicle hit the bike.
The biker whose identity could not be ascertained was reportedly going towards his home in Kanhan after finishing his night duty.
He has been rushed to the hospital as he sustained injuries. More details are awaited.
