The much awaited day for the music lovers arrived, when the god of bollywood music enthralled the Nagpurites with his charming and breath-taking songs at a live concert. Considered to be the music sensation and heart throb of youths across the world, Sonu Nigam at the Bishop Cotton School Ground, at 6 pm, on Saturday graced the venue with his presence. This musical night had been conceptualised by Mirchi Activation.
Music enthusiasts from the city have been waiting eagerly for this event. The youth specially were filled with enthusiasm to witness Sonu Nigam perform live. Hundreds of people thronged ticket counters set up at Bishop Cotton Ground for sale of passes. The interesting part being that several senior citizens also reached the ticket counter to purchase passes.

Sonu Nigam has been compared to legendary playback singer Mohammad Rafi and therefore commands huge fan following among the elderly as well. The versatile singer is not restricted to any single genre of music and has proved his prowess in almost every form of music.
