Sitabuldi police booked group of people for demolishing a Mobile shop

ntfollowNagpur News : Sitabuldi police booked a group of people for allegedly demolishing a Mobile shop in the busy Bhaji Mandi Square and also for damaging two motorcycles in the process.

According to information, the mobile shop ‘Dadaji Mobile Shoppe’ was under the name of Ravi Vitthalrao Savaitul (31), a resident of Rambagh Colony. The accused and owner of the shop Chandrakant Charde, a native of Saoner came to him and asked Ravi to vacate the shop. However, when Ravi refused to consent to the demand of Chandrakant, he along with his son-in-law Chandekar, Marotkar and 10-15 other men organised a JCB machine and demolished the shop.

On the complaint of Ravi, Sitabuldi police registered an offence under Section 143, 149, 448, and 427 of the IPC. Further investigations are under way.
