According to police, the Secretary Vijay Vaidya (74), resident of Pethkar Galli, Kelibag Road, Mahal in Nagpur, during his tenure from January 2, 2009 to January 31, 2012 in Nav Pratibha High School, Siraspeth, Umred Road, misused his powers and prepared bogus BEd educational qualification documents of his daughter-in-law Anagha Ketan Vaidya and appointed her as teacher in the School. BEd qualification is mandatory for appointment of teacher in any school across the State.
