Nagpur: With a view to tackle the vacation rush of passengers, South Eastern Central Railways (SECR) has decided to run a Summer Special train between Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai (CSTM) and Shalimar.
The train to run only on Saturdays from April 20 to June 29 from Mumbai will leave CSTM with number 2041 at 11.20 am and reach Shalimar at 9.30 pm on Sundays.
Similarly, the train from Shalimar will run from April 22 to July 1 on Mondays. It will depart from Shalimar at 6.10 am and reach CSTM on Tuesday at 4.05 pm. The train will pass through Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Bhusawal, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharasuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, Tatanagar, Khadakpur and Santragachchi, informs a press release issued by SECR.
