While speaking to the media Anil Agrawala and Ashok Agrawala said that till date they have constructed on 5 million square feet land and 400 flat schemes. Ashok Agrawala claimed that they are builders who cater to mid-segment clients with 2 & 3 BHKD affordable homes. SDPL was founded by Late SHRI SUBHAS AGARWALA, a well-known industrialist, known for his commitment to human values & sound business ethics. He was a highly respected social figure and an accomplished sportsman of international repute. He claimed that his father was the First Grand Master of India in Bridge. He was the President of the National Badminton Association.
