Safety First: DCP Vinita S leads foot patrolling in Zone 2 ahead of Diwali

Nagpur: In the backdrop of Diwali, foot patrolling was conducted along with senior Police Inspectors of local Police Stations, DB Squads and RCP in markets of Sadar, Ambazari and Sitabuldi, Gittikhadan by Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone II Vinita Sahu on Tuesday.

During patrolling, announcements were made through public announcement systems to follow COVID-19 norms and take care of children and senior citizens while shopping, taking precautions and being alert regarding chain and mobile snatching, bag-lifting, etc. and also wished the Nagpurians a safe and Happy Diwali on behalf of Nagpur Police.
