Nagpur: The last date for enrolment of graduates for election of 10 registered graduates to the senate has been extended once again by the Nagpur University. As announced by the administration, 5th September has been declared as the new last date for registration.
The process of online registration was started from 12th July which was to continue till 11th August. However, due to problems faced by students in registration, the last date has been extended twice till now. This time, the applicants need to fill the forms online and submit the print outs along with the fee at the university office. But, after several complaints of problems faced in download of ‘printouts’ of the application form, the date had to be extended.
The university has launched a separate portal www.rtmnuelection2017.org for the registration and guidelines. Graduates need to apply to the registrar in the prescribed form and supporting documents. They also need to submit degree certificate and proof of residence such as Aadhaar card, election card etc.
Registrar Dr. Siddhivinayak Kane confirmed that 5th September will be the last date now.
