Earlier in the morning RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat took part in the route march by RSS cadres on the occasion.
At the time of filling this report RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is delivering his annual Vijayadashmi speech at the Reshimbagh Ground in Nagpur.
The annual message will be watched very closely for his views on a host of issues — cultural, economic and political.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was founded on the occasion of Vijayadashami in 1925. There is a visible departure from tradition this time – RSS workers are officially donning their new outfit or ganavesh, replacing khaki shorts with brown trousers.
