Nagpur: Rotary Club of Nagpur Vision in association with Wockhardt Hospitals will be organising Nagpur’s first ever ‘Kidathon 2018’, on Sunday, 7 January from Ramgiri, Seminary Hills. With a motto of ‘’Run for someone’s walk‘’ this run is specifically aimed at raising funds for the cause of ‘Jaipur Foot’ for children. This was informed by the executive committe members of Rotary Club of Nagpur . They addressing press conferencve on Thursday at Patrakar Bhavan.

Rotary Club of Nagpur Vision is a premier Rotary Club of Nagpur City with strength of 120 members in its fold, members who are all prominent citizens of Nagpur.

Wockhardt Super Speciality Hospital, a respectable name in health care services with decades of experience in high-end Super Speciality care is the title sponsor of ‘Kidathon 2018’. The management and staff of Wockhardt Hospital is all excited and charged up for the event and has assured all kinds of medical assistance to the young runners if need arise.

Organising a Marathon with a mammoth number of 3000 runners is a daunting task and to make it safe and enjoyable run the leading runners group of Nagpur The Orange City Runners Society (OCR) has kindly consented to be the Technical Partner of ‘Kidathon 2018’, OCR with its more than 250 experienced runners will be marshalling the event and needless to say will be motivating the next generation of Marathoners complete their target run.

The Orange City Runners Group (OCR), a leading group of marathoners from this city with its 250 plus members will be guiding the organising team and imparting the Technical expertise for the marathon.

There will be water kiosks along the route courtesy Bistra Mineral Water and light refreshments as also first aid kits. At the venue there will be an ambulance on call as well.

CP Club as venue partner has kindly consented to give its Joggers Park located beside Ramgiri for registrations desks and food counters, The Hitavada is the Media Partner and ICAD School of learning is the knowledge partner for ‘Kidathon 2018’.

A goodie bag will be given to each participant with inclusions from our Refreshment Partners Sundar Biscuits, Diamond Chips and Treat Ice Cream along with Discount vouchers of Crossword book store.
