Nagpur: In yet another housebreaking incident reported under the jurisdiction of Jaripatka police cash, gold ornaments to the tune of Rs 1,50,000 were stolen from a house in Dixit Nagar on Tuesday.
A 26-year-old complainant Swati Mrunal Sangole resident of Plot. No. 341, Dixit Nagar, Nari Road had gone to her in-laws on Tuesday at around 10.30 am. However in the meantime some unidentified burglar gained entry in her house by smashing the latch of the main door and absconded with cash and gold ornaments kept in cupboard.
The burglary came to fore when the compliainat returned, only to find a ransacked house.
Subsequently, she rushed to Jaripatka police and filed a complaint.
Jaripatka police have registered a case under section 454, 380 of IPC and started the probe.
