Robbers stormed a house, looted valuables and cash worth Rs 37,000

Nagpur: Adding to the growing incidents of robbery day-by-day in the city, one more incident of robbery has taken place under Jaripatka police station, in which four unidentified robbers forced their entry into a house owned by Krishnagopal Baidyanath Pande in Goodluck Society, Santoshi Nagar on the night of June 25 and took away valuables and Rs 3,000 cash, in all a booty of Rs 37,000. During the incident, the robbers first injured Krishnagopal Pande with a sharp edged weapon in order to create a terror in the minds of his wife and daughter. On the complaint lodged by Pande, Jaripatka police have registered a case against the robbers and further investigation is underway.
