Nagpur News: Two unidentified mobike-borne youths snatched a mangalsutra and gold chain worth Rs 36,000 from a middle-aged woman on Monday night. The incidence took place at 9.30 pm in front of Madhvi Jewellers, Maharana Chowk. According to information, Meena Ravikant Bhandewar (40), a resident of Plot No. 465, Sadbhavana Nagar, was going back home with her daughter after visiting Kalyaneshwar Mandir, Mahal on her scooty (MH 31 DB 7489). Two unidentified youths came from rear on a red colour Pulsar bike and snatched away the mangalsutra and gold chain worn by Meena. Before she could raise an alarm, the robbers sped away.
On the complaint of Meena, Nandanvan police registered a case under 392 and 34 of the IPC.
