Nagpur: In a case of revenge killing and police apathy, a youth Shaktiman was brutally hacked to death here under Ajni Police Station on Saturday morning. Shaktiman and others were accused of killing one Swayamdeep Nagrale (20) on Friday night over old enmity. To avenge his death, some miscreants reportedly killed Shaktiman, the prime accused of Nagrale’s murder.
It is pertinent to mention that cops were alerted by locals who were expecting some untoward incident, following Nagrale’s murder. However, cops seemed to have turned blind eye towards them. Following which hours after Nagrale was killed, some miscreants killed Shaktiman to avenge his death.
