The passengers of Pune-Nagpur Garib Rath have lodged a complaint with the GRP here against the catering company. According to the information, the simple tea sold in Pune-Nagpur Garib Rath costs Rs 5 whereas the dipdip tea costs Rs 7. But, the catering staff charge Rs 2 extra on both the tea.
Few passengers lodged complaint with GRP regarding this. GRP has assured to take action against the catering company for charging more than the actual cost.
