Nagpur: On Saturday Night team of Nagpur Police raided S K bar and wine shops which is located within the 500 meters of the highway openly selling liquor despite the ban by Supreme Court.

It is understood that the Bar is owned by the BJP’s South Nagpur leader Vilas Karangale who is said to be General Secreatary of the party and is closed to City BJP Chief and South Nagpur MLA Sudhakar Kohle.

DCP ( Crime ) Sambhaji Kadam, Assistant Commissioner Somnath Waghchoure and their team took action. During the operation, the Department of Excise Department also cooperated.  More details awaited
