Indian Commerce Association president announced

 Nagpur: Renowned and premiere institution of Indian Commerce, the Indian Commerce Association (ICA) has unanimously chosen their President Prof. M.K. Singh, who is holding the post of Dean as well as Head of the Department of Commerce at Vinoba Bhave University. The decision was made at the 68th All India Commerce Conference, which was jointly organized by Vinoba Bhave University and ICA.

Prof. Singh, born in the year 1958, was the Director of the MBA department at the Vinoba Bhave University’s Department of Management, since August, 2009. He was also the registrar at NIT, Mizoram and the former Controller of Examinations at Vinoba Bhave University from April, 2005 to July, 2009. He has more than 33 years of experience in teaching and research at UG/PG Levels and specializes in Human Resource Management, Finance and Banking, Labor and Poverty Alleviation, and Social Accounting.

Having more than 30 published papers in various international and reputed journals. Additionally, he acted as the state coordinator for the ICA for conducting the ‘All India Commerce and Management Talent Search Examination, 2010’. He is an obvious and excellent choice in heading the Indian Commerce Association, because of his immense contribution in his field.

ICA completed its 69th year and does not reap any financial assistance from the government. ICA is a professional and an academic team of professionals, researchers, and teachers who help in the cultivation of the knowledge domain of Commerce, Management, Economics, and Business. The association publishes a quarterly journal under the title of Indian Journal of Commerce. This journal cserves as a foundation for the publication of various research based articles and papers.
