Nagpur: On December 9, 2016, a bike-rider died in a road mishap where there was a collision between his bike and an Enfield Bullet motorcycle the deceased is identified as Manoj Verma.
According to police sources, during the course of investigation it came to fore that the deceased Manoj Verma was riding his two-wheeler in a negligent manner and had rammed into the Enfield Bullet Motorcycle. The rider of Enfield Bullet Motorcycle is identified as Kishore Dable. On December 9, 2016, the deceased bike-rider Manoj Verma had died after sustain critical head injuries in the mishap where the deceased was driving his bike in a negligent manner and rammed into the Enfield Bullet motorcycle being driven by Kishore Dable.
According to police sources, the deceased Manoj Verma aged 25 years and a resident of Vasu Lane, Dipti Signal area was going towards a petrol pump in Wardhaman area on his bike bearing RTO registration No MH-31/BJ-9958 rammed into an Enfield Bullet Motorbike bearing RTO registration No MH-40/ AC-968 driven by Kishore Dable. Manoj sustained grievous head injuries in the mishap. He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, where the attending doctors declared him dead during preliminary investigations.
On receipt of information, the cops of Lakhadganj Police Station arrived at the spot and after performing Panchanama and other formalities, had sent the body to GMCH for post-mortem. Later the cops of Lakhadganj Police Station registered a case of accidental death.
Police Sub Inspector Mule of Lakhadganj Police Station came to know during the course of investigation that it was Manoj Verma who had rammed into the Enfield Bullet Motorcyle from the rear. After the probe, the cops of Lakhadganj Police Station registered a case against Manoj Verma for driving his bike in a negligent manner. Further investigations are underway.
