Nagpur: Making Nagpur a proud city, Prajwal Dwivedi, a student of Narayana Vidyalayam, won Gold Medal in Under-14 CBSE West Zone Taekwondo Championship held at Nagpur. The four-day championship, which began on September 30 and concluded on October 3, was held at Narayana Vidyalayam premises. Around 200 students from four zones participated in the championship.
Displaying outstanding skills, Prajwal Dwivedi outsmarted his rivals and bagged the Gold Medal in style. With this glory, Prajwal has now been selected to represent in the National Championship likely to be played in November this year.
Earlier, Prajwal Dwivedi had also bagged Gold Medal in Under-14 DSO Taekwondo Tournament organized at Nagpur’s Mankapur Sports Complex on September 21-23 this year. With this feat, Prajwal will now play in State-level Taekwondo Tournament.
