Nagpur News : Politics and films seldom mix, however in one of the firsts for Bollywood, India’s Communications Minister, and poet in his spare time, Kapil Sibal has penned a love song for a new Bollywood film.
In fact Sibal took up the challenge from actor- director Aditya Om to pen four songs, one of which has made it to the film Bandook. Sibal’s number which is said to be a romantic track showcases the pangs of separation of two lovers.
Sibal, 64, already has two collections of poetry under his belt and has linked poems to politics in the past. The film Bandook which releases this month looks at the gun culture in northern India and the link between crime and politics.
