Nagpur: A lewd youth first established friendship with a 22-year old girl, lured her with marriage promise and later raped her frequently. The accused also clicked the girl in obscene poses. Armed with the vulgar photos, the pervert-minded accused threatened the girl with making the photos public and with this threat force, extorted Rs 1 lakh from the helpless girl and her relatives. The accused has been arrested.
The pervert, Ajit Suresh Gharde (25), resident of Plot No. 404, Jaishankar Sahaniwas Apartment, Zenda Chowk, with a diabolic plan in his mind, befriended the Ajni-based 22-year old girl. The accused Ajit after some days doled out a promise to marry with the girl. With these promising words, Ajit exploited the girl sexually and also clicked the girl in obscene postures. Armed with the nasty stuff, the accused Ajit Gharde then exploited the girl mentally by threatening to make the pornographic photos public. With this blackmail threat, the accused extorted Rs 1 lakh from the victimized girl and her relatives as well. However, fed with the devilish tactics of accused Ajit, the girl lodged a complaint against him with Ajni police.
Acting on her plaint, PSI Morey booked the accused Ajit Suresh Gharde under Sections 376, 385 of IPC and placed him under arrest. Further probe is on.
