New Delhi/Nagpur: Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned sine die before the lunch break. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan gave the valedictory address and the session ended with the Vande Mataram. The all-party meet on Kashmir began after the Parliament session ended.
