Nagpur: One more offence has been registered against Paras Ram Bajaj for stalking and harassing a 22- year-old girl and assaulting her friend. This time, Lakadganj Police booked Paras (27), a resident of Jaripatka, for allegedly following the girl and attempting to foster personal interaction repeatedly despite a clear indication of disinterest by her.
The victim told police that she was returning home on a moped around 7.30 pm on August 2. Paras started following her. When her friend intervened, Paras and his accomplices abused and thrashed him.
On the basis of the girl’s complaint, police registered an offence under Sections 354(d), 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Penal Code (IPC) against Paras and his accomplices.
On Wednesday also, Nandanvan Police had booked Paras for allegedly keeping the photograph of the girl as his WhatsApp status and assaulting her and her sister when she refused to continue friendship with him. Cops had registered a case under Sections 324, 294, and 506 of the IPC
