New Delhi: New Member of Parliament from Palghar Chintaman Vanaga passed away due to cardiac arrest in New Delhi today. He was 67. He was elected as MP in 1996 & 1999. In 2009 he was elected as MLA. In 2014 LokSabha elections he again elected as MP from Palghar.
On Tuesday morning at around 7.30 am, Vanga complained of severe chest pain following which he was taken to Rammanohar Lohia Hospital.
However, the BJP MP could not reach the hospital and died on his way. In the year 1996, he became MP for the first time.
