Nagpur: In a road mishap that occurred in November 14, 2014, two-motorcycles had a collision in front of Khurana Travels Bus stand near Bhole Petrol Pump, one person was killed while 3 others sustained injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Ajay Thakre aged 19 years and a resident of New Gyaneshwar Nagar, Manewada Road. The injured include Ganesh Panpalia, Ajit Paree and Ghanshyam Baghel. According to police sources, Ganesh Panpalia a resident of Agrasen Square, Dharampeth was going on his motorcycle (MH-31 AM 139) with his friend Ajit Paree.
Suddenly Ajay Thakre riding on his Yamaha Motorcycle (MH-37/ V-1340) along with his friend Ghanshyam Baghel seated in pillion seat came from MHADA Colony near the Khurana Travels and rammed into Ajay Thakre’s bike. All the four persons sustained serious injuries in the accident.
All of them were rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital. There Ajay Thakre succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment and the doctors declared him dead. On receiving information, PSI Pakhare of Sitabuldi Police Station arrived at the spot and is investigating further.
