Nagpur: Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce was deeply shocked by brutal murder of electronic merchant. The sensational murder during daylight created a terror like situation in the Telipura-Sitabuldi area. Nobody dares to come along to be witness of incidence. The armed culprits are roaming in the city at ease.
Sudden news of death of merchant came as a jolt to business community in the markets. Already business is under deep trouble due to recession period, it is assumed that trader was killed for EXTORTION OF MONEY. Such an ghastly & gruesome act of murder has created fear over the city traders.
Sarvashri Prakash Mehadia, Vice President, Manubhai Soni, Secretary, Raju Vyas, Treasurer, Sachin Puniyani & Arjundas Ahuja, Jt. Secretaries & NVCC Executive Committee body condemns the incidence and appeals to Commissioner of Police to take this matter on top priority and crack the case immediately. NVCC as parent body of trade & industry, of various markets like, Nagpur Itwari Kirana Merchants Association-Wholesale Grain and Seeds-Sarafa-Plywood-Timber-Kalamana & various Associations appeal to give day patrolling in the market areas. Safety measures like guards/jawans, armed at various markets & key junctions is required, States in a press note issued by Mayur Panchmatiya, President of Chamber.
