NPL : Yamsanwar-Warriors play goalless draw

Nagpur News: Yamsanwar Champions and 21 Warriors played lackluster goalless drawand earned one point each in presents Lokmat’s Nagpur Premier League (NPL) Football Tournament at Yashwant Stadium on Saturday.

With this draw, both the teams i.e. Yamsanwwar Champions and 21 Warriors have six points to their credit in four matches.
The first half witnessed couple of good moves. In the 10th minute the combination of Muzammil, Pascal and Fabrice initiated excellent move for Yamsanwar but ultimately failed to finish it as the ball went away
from the box. In the 36th minute Warriors missed an opportunity to open the account as their foreign recruit Prince Sobah’s powerful left-footer was brilliantly saved by Yamsanwar goalie Amit Chaurasia.

In the second half, Yamsanwar had maximum ball possession but theyfailed to capisalite on it. In the 56th minute, Warriors goalkeeper Abdullah Ansari denied an opportunity to Yamsanwar by saving a attempt of Pascal. In the very next moment, now it was the turn of Yamsanwar goalkeeper Amit Chaurasia to some brilliant work under the bar. He
brilliantly blocked solo attempt of Mohammad Yaseen. In the 83rd minute, Nazim Arshad of Yamsanwar made good attempt from
30 yards but it sailed above the cross piece. Imran Khan of Yamsanwar Champions was declared man-of-the-match.

Earlier MD of Sandeep Dwellers Private Limited Gaurav Agrawala and MD of Pushkar Group Vishal Agrawal were introduced to te plaers.
