Nagpur: Officials of NMC’s Zone 6, 7 and 8 carried out a joint action on godown of Gurunanak Plastics at Ganjakhet Square, Prabhag 20 and seized banned plastic bags below 50 micron thickness. The officials recovered Rs 5000 as fine from the owner Gangaram Wadhvani. The weight of the seized plastic bags was 475 kg.

The action was taken by Zone 7 Health Inspector Ajay Malik, Menace Search Squad Chief Tarvatkar, Zone 6 Health Inspector Javed Khan, Divakar Padole, Sunil Turkel, Kishore Hazare and other officials of Zone 6, 7 and 8.
