Nagpur: At the behest of Mayor Pavin Datke, NMC health committee chairman Devendra Mahaderao Mehar with his committee members inspected various sites of the city in the wake of President’s proposed visit to orange city on September 14 and 15, 2015.
Accordingly, he inspected Cargo Hub, VNIT, Raj Bhavan, Krida Sankul Mankapur, Viman Tal, Wardha Road, Udan Pul and other parts of the city and directed his departmental personnel to take care of cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep. He directed the staff members to remove encroachment wherever it was proving obstructive and untidy.
He was accompanied by senior corporator Sunil Agrawal, Dy NMC commissioner Sanjay Kakde, Dy director (Health) Dr Milind Ganvir, MO Dr Pradip Dasarwar, Mahesh Bokare, Arun Nandanwar, Khodaskar, Manish Chutelkar, Rajesh Hathibed and others.
