Nairs of Orange City and Nairsons to have their property worth crores auctioned

Nagpur: The axe is hitting hard on all those who were perceived as being close to power centers of yesterday.

Or is it the sad state that business’ of the city have descended to that the rich and the elite, the movers and shakers of the city are having to see the sad day of their properties being seized and auctioned?

After Jayaswal Neco, now it is Orange City Hopsital Uday Bhaskar Nair who allegedly owes Rs.5.5 Crores to Religare Finance, whose properties are going to be auctioned by the Finance Company.

It is learnt that Nair had taken the loan for Orange City Hospital, one of South Nagpur’s leading hospitals from the said Finance Company. The loan remained unpaid despite many reminders from the Company till the amount of loan and interest had reached Rs.5.52 crores by August 2016.

The Finance company has given an ad in some local newspapers ( see below ) inviting desirous people to take part in the auction scheduled on 15th June 2017.

Religare has declared that plot number 108 and 109 of Ujwal Co operative Housing Society, Khasra number 48, 49 situated in Pandhrabodi, Ambazari layout and house situated on 110 No. 1367 are to be auctioned.

The bids will be opened on 20th June.
